The experience of eco-innovations of small and medium business in Poland, Hungary, Slovakia is a very attractive model for Ukraine and Belarus due to the geopolitical location and their larger proximity in comparison with other states of the EU.

The aim of the project is to enhance SMEs capacity to cooperate in the field of eco-innovations on the cross-border territories through learning experience and applying relevant EU practices. Specific goals of the project include: raising SMEs’ awareness of eco-innovation potential for productivity, competitiveness and business opportunities; fostering SMEs’ capacities and skills to explore and uptake green solutions, which would improve their business performance; reinforcing cross-border cooperation between Ukraine and Belarus enabling them turn common environmental challenges into business opportunities.
Target groups are owners and employees – leading specialists in management, marketing, technology, CSR issues of small and medium-sized enterprises, start-uppers who plan launch sustainable business initiatives in the cross-border regions, representatives of local communities, who are involved in development of local eco-oriented projects aimed at self-sustaining on a commercial basis in a longer-term, representatives of NGOs that provide informational, consulting, training support for SMEs.




В рамках проекта «Создание возможностей для развития эко-инноваций, как главной предпосылки успешного приграничного сотрудничества в сфере малого и среднего предпринимательства» Центр трансграничного сотрудничества провел для представителей  приграничных регионов Украины и Беларуси тренинг «Эко-инновационный потенциал МСП», посвященный внедрению подходов к развитию эко-инноваций и обсуждению проблем, которые они решают в области устойчивого развития.
